Gráinne O’Keefe,
Culinary Director

Grainne’s a multi award-winning chef who personally oversees our entire food philosophy. When she's not keeping us in line she’s running her Dublin Restaurant, Mae and on top of all that, is totally sound. Who says you can’t have it all?
