What if it's busy when I get there?

Not a problem. The most important thing is to place your order first rather than grabbing seats first. Tables do turnover pretty quickly so you won't be waiting too long. Pro Tip: If there is a queue go ahead and grab a menu so that when you get to the till you know exactly what you want - of course we can help with any questions you may have!

Does BuJo have Meal Deals?

We sure do! When you buy any burger and add BuJo Fries and a Soft Drink you will get an automatic €2.50 discount!

What about vegan & vegetarian burgers?

We most certainly do! Our vegan & vegetarian burgers feature the Beyond Meat plant-based patty. It is a plant-based patty that is designed to look, cook and satisfy like beef. It has all the juicy, meaty deliciousness of a traditional burger, but comes with the upside s of a plant-based meal. The Beyond Meat patty has 19g of plant-based protein and has no GMO's, soy or gluten.

Do you offer gluten free options?

Yes we do indeed - our beef contains nothing but the finest of premium, fresh grass fed beef from small Irish family farms - there are no additives, fillers or preservatives and every burger is cooked fresh to order. We have GF buns and our fresh fries are cooked in dedicated fryers so that they are GF too. Please do let us know at order time if you have specific allergy concerns and we will take extra care for you. Our allergen list is available at the counter for you. For online orders, select the Gluten Free option when customising your order and our team will know what to do - you can also check allergens on our online ordering platform too.

I'd like to eat my BuJo at home? Do you do take-out?

We definitely can do that too! However, any food that leaves a restaurant is never the same as when it is freshly prepared and consumed immediately. If you do decide to eat at home we recommend preheating your oven to bring hot food items back to temperature - an air fryer is great for bringing fries & sides back to crispiness too!

So, what's the best option if I want my BuJo to go?

Without question it is ordering for BuJo Click & Collect here. There are heaps of benefits to this - you get to choose your preferred time you'd like your order ready for pick-up, there's no waiting behind queues in the restaurant to place your order and then having to wait for it - it's super convenient and you're in control. Next best is to order in-store for take-out - however, there can be long wait times especially at peak periods, so definitely consider ordering ahead here.

Will you send me details of my order?

Of course! Upon completion of placing your order we will automatically send you an email to the address you provided, (check your spam/junk folder also), which will confirm the following details:

• The location you chose to collect from.
• Your order number.
• The time you placed the order.
• Items you ordered.
• The amount your order cost.
• Link to Google Maps if you need help to find us.
• You'll also receive an automatic SMS when you're order is ready to collect.

Do you do delivery?

We don't operate a delivery service directly but you can find us on Deliveroo. Delivery is obviously super-convenient but it's important to note the following:

• There are less menu options and customisations available.
• It is more expensive than BuJo Click & Collect
• While your order will leave BuJo in perfect condition we have zero control over drivers arriving on time for pick up, driver availability, driver journeys or the condition your order arrives.
• Any and all issues in relation to a delivery order can only be handled by the delivery operator via your app as we have no access to your order details.
